Although originally designed for holiday parks, WiSE has been designed to be used almost anywhere. The majority of the system is powered by long life batteries and connected using our radio technology which means it can be installed in remote areas as well as in towns and cities.
Once installed, WiSE is paid for using a simple annual subscription. This includes your connection, security monitoring, system health tracking and any maintenance that you may require so there are no surprise bills. The annual subscription ensures your system has the connection it needs to operate effectively. Yes. WiSE needs an internet connection for the base station to upload data to the WiSE portal. All other units connect to the base station via our secure LPWAN radio technology, so you do not need WIFI or SIM connection across your whole site for it to operate.
Yes. Our engineers will ensure your system is efficiently and correctly installed as well as demonstrating all its features to you.
In the event of a problem with your system one of our WiSE engineers can speak to you over the phone and, if it cannot be resolved remotely, we can arrange for an engineer to visit your business at no extra cost to you. The system’s activity is monitored by the team at our main office to ensure that if it goes offline for any reason, we’re the first to know.

Yes, you can use our energy metering and online platform to manage all your utilities: water, gas and electricity. The billing can be undertaken on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual basis, whatever suits your business needs.

WiSE’s online dashboard is readily accessed using any internet-enabled device. This means that you can quickly and securely access your information or business data in real-time from any device in any location.
No software is required! The portal can be accessed via any internet-connected web browser.
Yes. We backup all our data regularly to our secure cloud. The security of your data is important to us, the cloud we use is owned by us and powered by a Nottingham-based professional data centre.
