This could be due to the following reasons:
- Ensure you are using your user account. (You may have a separate admin account.)
- Make sure you are using the username associated with account rather than an email address.
- If you have lost the username, click forgot username on the login page, where entering an email address will send an email reminder with the username.
- If you are still unable to login click ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your username to receive an email with a password reset link.
You may not have the user permissions to allow you to do this. Ask an administrator to check your permission in the REACT web portal.
Each user account may only be logged into 1 device at a time. If you are sharing an account, the original device will be logged out if the same account logs in on another device. Ensure each user has their own account.
Ask an administrator to check you have the correct group membership and workflows on the administrator portal.
