Ramtech’s innovations helping to protect guests on award winning Norfolk Holiday Park
Kelling Heath Holiday Park is one of Norfolk’s premier holiday parks, set amongst 300 acres of rare open heathland and woodland, close to the North Norfolk coast at Weybourne.
With an abundance of wildlife, natural trails, activities and a range of facilities, the Park is popular all year round for both guests and private Holiday Homeowners. For around 25 years, Ramtech technology has worked with Kelling Heath Holiday Park and this looks set to continue as innovations progress.
Due to the natural environment, Kelling Heath utilise the WES wireless fire alarm system across the Park. This includes around 76 manual call points set up across the Park so guests or staff can raise an alarm if a fire is detected. This will then alert the team on Park and enable them to proceed with their fire evacuation plan.
Hundreds of Holiday Homes on Park are equipped with WISE, which is a security ‘tag in, tag out’ system, giving peace of mind to Holiday Homeowners and guests that their property is secure. If unauthorised entry is attempted, the WISE system will notify Park security instantly, with the system monitored centrally using the WISE dashboard to check the status of the entire WISE system.

In our natural environment the risk of fire is high, so working with Ramtech to upgrade the WES system across Park has been extremely beneficial. We’ve used the Ramtech classic alarm system in Holiday Homes here for many years so the recent upgrade to the WISE system provides the opportunity for us to further embrace technology and provide accurate, live data.”
